Santaluz Club: 80th Birthday Party

The definition of "breath-taking décor"
Thomas Bui definitely gave the best for his dad on his 80th birthday! This celebration, held at the Santaluz Club, featured a variety of different vendors and numerous groups of entertainment who all made this special day remarkable!

The bar area evoked a modern elegance featuring Concepts' chandelier and new lounge collection. The platinum curved chesterfield benches and extended pieces our team brought in collaborated well with Hire Elegance's crinkled mirror bar. Our draping enclosed the area giving guests more of an intimate setting with ambiance by Amber Event Production (who also provided lighting throughout the entire venue). This particular area was perfect for the bar and the ice sculpture by Ice Bulb was such a unique and personalized touch to the room.

The main area were all the guest enjoyed dinner, dancing, and live entertainment was the talk of the night, especially because the décor! The florals by Shawna Yamamoto Event Design was stunning! It flowed consistently around the venue with custom built 12 ft towering centerpieces making them all the more noticeable. Enhancing those white flower arrangements were suspended orbs, candles, and stacked white rose petals. La Tavola's specialty linens rested under large mirror tops suited to fit each of the different sizes and shapes of the guest tables. The round tables had endless lucite stands with white flowers and were draped with sequence linens with black ghost chairs provided by Hire Elegance, which are a great asset to modern design. Overlaying the long tables were sequence chevron linens surrounded by clear ghost chairs.

We had the pleasure of creating another custom Concepts Event Design high gloss dance floor just for this event. The gold detail within the design stood out over the white background. Next to the dance floor was a stage Classic Party Rentals put together where Wayne Foster Music and Entertainment performed for everyone, keeping up the liveliness during night!

Kelly Aull (Room for Desserts) provided tasty desserts for all the guests with Louis Vuitton and Chanel details. The personalize cake that Let Them Eat Cake made for the night was incredible. The black and white simplicity tied in to some of the other modern features such as our deco bar outside during the cocktail hour. Hire Elegance also provided the lounge furniture and the red, black, and white croc high chairs during the earlier cocktail hours. During the day, the guest got to enjoy amazing professional acrobatic and aerial cirque entertainment by  De Leon Productions. Sparking up the evening even more was a firework show lighting up the sky thanks to Pyrotechnics Spectacular. Every vendor involved served an important purpose for this event: Rachel Jane Couture for invitations, Wendy Ware Designer for calligraphy/seating cards, Joes On the Nose for organic coffee, Justin Fone Productions for videography, Rolls Livery for transportation services, and all the ones previously mentioned.  Exquisite job everyone!

It just so happened to be Thomas' parents' anniversary also.
Congratulations for a long happy marriage and life together, and Happy 80th Birthday Mr. Bui! Can't wait to see how your 90th will top this one! :)
